Per sombrero cookie you will need:
- 1 Sugar cookie
- White icing
- Colored nonpareils
- 1 White gumdrop
First, create the brim of the hat by frosting the edge of a sugar cookie with white icing. Roll the brim in colored nonpareils. To create the point of the hat, cover the bottom and the lower edge of the white gumdrop with white icing. Then, roll the edge of the gumdrop in the nonpareils. Press the gumdrop in the center of the cookie.
